Just returned from Dubai. It was an exciting trip... Lots of booze, travelling...
Last day was a mix of Tequila, Wine, Vodka and god knows what.
Tday I read an interesting item about some brave men in England.
Here it is...
British drinkers save their local 15th century pub
LONDON, Feb 16 (AFP) - Regulars at a 15th century British pub said Wednesday they had bought their drinking hole to save it from being converted into houses.
A group of 21 customers raised 425,000 pounds (617,000 euros, 800,000 dollars) to buy the Swan Inn pub in Cheshire, northwest England, after landlord Ian Edmondson announced he planned to turn it into residential property.
"We were upset when we heard he wanted to close the pub because it is a viable business and we didn't want to lose our local," said Matthew Barnes, who helped to organise the purchase in the village of Kettleshulme.
"It is only a small village and the pub is the key feature where people can come together to chat and exchange stories," Barnes said.
The pub was closed last October but the locals' offer was accepted earlier this year and it is due to re-open in March.
Great going guys....
cheers

So did you really enjoy your Dubai trip eh? You shouldn't really mix drinks like that PP. Not good for your health. :-))
Good to see you blogging. I guess we take time to find the niche of our blog. Like our nature of thoughts, our blogs too shall evolve. I'm sure yours too will. I'm now moving on to merrily blend what we all believe as two seperate entities called fiction and fact. Now that I no longer believe so, neither would my blog.
Let's see where thisthatandmore would be going.
Keep chugging, pitter-pattering my dear!
With you,
